The Nearly New Shop

Donation Policy:

Items brought in for donation must be clean and in good saleable condition without stains.

Consignment Policy:

•  Items must be clean, pressed, in excellent condition, and “in fashion”.
•  Articles must be brought in on hangers or folded neatly.
•  Items must have a minimum resale value of $2.00 to be accepted on consignment.
•  Fourteen items will be accepted per day.
•  Items will be priced with customer in attendance.
•  Items are left for a four week consignment period excluding the week of take-in.
•  Items not picked up will be considered a donation to charity.

Payment Policy

The consignor will receive 50% of the selling price. We are not responsible for lost or missing items.

Reclaim Policy of Unsold Items

We are grateful for any items left for donation to the May Court charities that are not picked up at the end of the consignment period.

If consignors do not wish to donate unsold merchandise, it is their responsibility to collect their items and have them checked out at the front desk.
