All members are encouraged to attend meetings.  There is a fee for meals, but members can attend the business portion free of charge, however, your attendance must be registered in advance.   Please join us!

Mail your cheque – Register by Mail to Julie Forte, C/O P.O. Box 761, Lakeshore Rd West, Oakville, L6K 0A9
Drop off  Cheque at our Nearly New Shop mailbox located at the back of the shop.
Remember to indicate your meal selection on your cheque.  Cheques should be made out to May Court. All attendance must be registered, meal or just business portion of the meeting.  Email our Meetings & Events Director if you want to attend the meeting only.  Julie Forte at jfortemc@gmail.com

Please join us for our May General Meeting and Celebration of another successful year. This is being held on Monday, May 28, 2018 at Oakville Golf  Club.  The three-course DINNER is at a cost of $42 all inclusive. 

Meet & Greet 5:30 pm

Dinner 6:30 pm

Followed by a very short business meeting and awards
